We offer a simple 28 day return policy for any faulty LOOPS.

Please fill in the returns request form below.

Please allow 48hrs for your return request to be accepted.

Items sent back without a return request first being approved will not be accepted.

Once the item has been returned & accepted by us & you have requested a refund, please allow 10 working days for your refund to be processed. 

Postage charges are not refunded.
