UK - Royal Mail Tracked 24hrs
International - Royal Mail Tracked
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
Delivery within the UK 2-5 working days.
International delivery 3-5 working days.
Please note, delivery times are only an estimate & we are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier.
Order Processing..
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days.
Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are processed the next working day.
Lost, delayed or missing parcels..
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at -

with your order number.
If your item is showing delivered but you have not received it, please get in touch within 24hrs so we can raise this with Royal Mail as quickly as possible.
If you choose to have your parcel left in a safe place, neighbour or according to other delivery instructions - you become responsible for it once it has been marked delivered.
International delivery..
Shipping is available outside the UK.
For all shipments outside the UK, we use Royal Mail Tracked Delivery, the delivery takes between 3-5 business days for EU & 6-7 business days for Rest of the World.
Some handling fees are calculated at checkout.
Important notice on import/customs charges
Customs and import charges may apply, which would have to be settled by the buyer.
These are implemented by law through your country of origin and can't be waived or influenced by us.
Refusal of charges may result in the return of the shipment to us, however it will not grant eligibility of a refund or cancellation of your order.
We are happy to send products that have been returned to us again and new postage charges will have to be covered by the buyer.
We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
